MeatyOps
The operations application for Meaty Foods.
MeatyOps helps authorized staff, processing partners and delivery teams coordinate customer orders, product cuts, requested and dispatched quantities, processing status, deliveries, invoices and payments. Accounts are provided by Meaty Foods; access to operational information depends on each account’s role and assignments.
Orders, preparation and delivery
Teams use MeatyOps to record order requirements, assign processors, track preparation and package handoffs, and retain delivery confirmations and billing history. Processor accounts receive their assigned work with the fields selected by management.
Optional Google Drive and Google Sheets connection
An authorized owner can connect a Google account to create and maintain order workbooks in a selected Drive folder. MeatyOps synchronizes a master workbook and separate processor workbooks with Today and History tabs.
The connection uses Google account identity and relevant folder, file and spreadsheet metadata to identify the connected account, locate the configured folder, and create or update the managed workbooks. Synced information includes operational order details such as order number, product and cut details, quantities, status and notes. Processor workbooks follow the configured field visibility.
Google access is optional and requires consent. The connected owner can disconnect Google in MeatyOps or revoke access through their Google account. MeatyOps accounts use their own sign-in credentials; connecting Google is a separate integration.
