Business use and authorized accounts

MeatyOps is intended for Meaty Foods staff, customers and business partners who have been authorized to use the applicable features. Use an account only on your own behalf or on behalf of a business you are authorized to represent. Access and permitted actions depend on your role, assignments and enabled features.

Protect your sign-in credentials, keep account information accurate, and notify info.meaty@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not share another person’s account, bypass access controls, access work outside your authorization, or interfere with the service.

Information and instructions you provide

You are responsible for having authority to provide the business information, contact details, messages, files and instructions you submit. Provide accurate order and delivery requirements and review quantities, prices, addresses, notes and account changes before confirming them.

Use correction and approval workflows available to your role when information needs to change. Do not falsify processing, payment or delivery records. Delivery signatures and other confirmations should be recorded with the authority of the person providing them. MeatyOps may retain activity records for accountability.

Google Drive and Google Sheets

An authorized owner can choose to connect Google and select a destination folder or workbook mappings. You must be authorized to grant access to those resources. Google’s own terms and account policies also apply.

MeatyOps synchronizes its application records into managed Today and History tabs. Synchronization can replace tab contents, row order and formatting; manual changes in managed tabs can be overwritten. Use application workflows for operational corrections rather than relying on spreadsheet edits to change MeatyOps records.

The connected account owner is responsible for workbook sharing and for the consequences of granting another person Google Drive access. Processor field settings control future successful application syncs; existing copies and Google sharing permissions require separate management. Synchronization can be delayed by connection expiry, permissions, provider limits or service interruptions.

You may disconnect Google from MeatyOps or revoke access in your Google account. Disconnecting stops the integration but does not automatically delete previously created workbooks, exports or business records.

Business orders and billing

Commercial terms agreed with Meaty Foods govern product supply, pricing, payment and delivery arrangements. These terms govern use of the digital services. Contact Meaty Foods about a disputed or incorrect operational or billing record so that it can be reviewed through the appropriate process.

Acceptable use and access changes

Do not use the services for unlawful activity, unauthorized disclosure of information, malicious software, impersonation, harassment or disruption. Do not copy or distribute confidential records outside your authorization. Meaty Foods may restrict or suspend access to investigate misuse, protect records, address a security issue or end an account’s business access.

Changes to account access do not erase existing business obligations or automatically remove financial, delivery or audit history. Contact info.meaty@gmail.com for account support or questions about retained records.

Availability and third-party services

Features may change, be unavailable temporarily, or depend on third-party services such as Google, hosting, email or messaging providers. No uninterrupted synchronization or delivery of electronic notifications is promised. Review the current application records and confirm discrepancies with Meaty Foods before making a decision that depends on them.

Privacy and service content

Our privacy policy explains information handling, Google permissions, retention and deletion requests. Use of the services does not grant ownership of Meaty Foods branding, software or service content, and Meaty Foods does not claim ownership of your Google account or unrelated Drive files.

Updates and contact

We may update these terms as the services change and will display the current effective date. Mandatory rights and obligations under applicable law continue to apply. Questions about these terms can be sent to info.meaty@gmail.com.
